Quick question.

I know when you trade pokemon they don't obey you
unless you have certain badges and only for certain levels.
Does it work the same though when you trade a egg and
hatch it?

i've just restarted on my brother's (bootleg) copy of diamond and this time my team is SERIOUS BUSINESS, unlike on every other game where i've just had the cute pokes. so i've planned it out but i'm having trouble attaining 2 pokes since everyone on the GTS seems to want some crazy fucking level 2873468237 special event legendary which i don't have >:U

sooo i've come to this lovely comm! i need a seel and a turtwig/grotle. i'm not fussy about genders or natures or any of that but since i still only have 2 gym badges it'd be superduper if they were under level 30, otherwise those bitches will slack off and not listen to me.

I'm trying to train up a Kingdra for the battle tower, but EV training is a tad tedious. So, I was wondering if anyone could give me some of the power items? I already have the Power Anklet and Power Lens, courtesy of someone in this comm. <3

I'd really, really love the one for attack, but it would be nice to have the rest of the set for other pokemon, too.

A new challenge has already been announced at this post, the theme is a Sohryuden.

The theme for Week 245 is Sohryuden. You may submit two different CLAMP icons provided they each feature imagery from the series Sohryuden: Legend of the Dragon Kings. The manga though, not the Chinese novels or anime as their illustrations were done by other artists. You are not allowed to include any external images or additional characters from other series. Furthermore you cannot re-use the same picture, find a different one for your second entry.

I honestly don't know when I'll stop talking about CLAMP in Paris xD Probably when the news stop coming ^^;

First let's start with a new article published in ParisMatch.com featuring a very nice new picture of the CLAMP members. The interview was conceived just before going to the opening party of the CLAMP exposition in Paris.


The article reveals that more than 110 million copies of CLAMP mangas have been sold worldwide so far. Also, Ohkawa tells ParisMatch that CLAMP works 12 hours per day and 25 days per month.

Since I can't trade on weekends I've been bored out of my mind... so I started chaining today for the first time ever. Figured I'd try to get a legit shiny of my own. I got to a chain of 31 just now with Floatzel and it broke for no reason, stupid Electabuzz, FML.

It's hard not to throw your DS against the wall in frustration! Thoughts? Anyone tried it yet (in Platinum)? Success stories? Epic phail stories? :)

Around 8-10 years ago I came across your basic pokemon website. It had pictures, cheats, information on the games, fan art, fanfiction...all the usual stuff. I came across a fanfitction that was untitled, of course. It's been so long since I've read it obviously, so the details are a little fuzzy. What I do remember is that it starts off with Ash in a pokemon battle, and he's using Pikachu. He commands Pikachu to do an attack, and Pikachu refuses (I think it's because it was obvious that they couldn't win, and Pikachu was already badly injured). Ash loses the battle, and because Pikachu disobeyed, Ash abandons him. Ash goes home and locks himself in his bedroom for about a week. He's extremely depressed, and starves himself to death. Right before he dies, Misty comes to him. A certain amount of time later, Ash's spirit comes back. After this I'm not sure what else happens. All I know is that there is some other huge battle, in which a bunch of Pokemon participate. Pikachu comes to Ash's aid, and they win the battle. After they win, Ash fully comes back to life, but he is mute. Pikachu is distraught and scared of Ash for not being to talk, so he runs away. And that's basically the end of it.

Has anyone read this story? And if so, could someone please tell me where I could find it?

I've been playing around with my AR lately and I've bred/caughty some shiny Pokemon. All level 1 unless stated otherwise. Under the cut I also have a small list of legendaries I can hatch shiny. Or if you want one of your already owned legendaries shiny then I can do that too. I can also re-breed any of the below pokemon if they're already gone.

All I ask in return is mystery eggs, rare(r) pokemon or fodder if that's all you have :). 6 max per person please!

I've developed a taste for Super Contests recently, so I've made it my goal to do all of them. I've completed the Cool and Smart Contests with Pikachu and Alakazam respectively. I'm working on Cute Contests right now with a Skitty I named Abby. Pikachu's nickname is Lucas...but Alakazam has no nickname cause he's from Hoenn.

Those Poffins  from Veilstone really help. I probably wouldn't be able to do the contests without them. And I've developed an affinity for collecting accessories too. Master Class dance segments suck...a lot.

Anyone else have a taste for Contests too?

I am off to a friend's birthday party, and I know he does not yet have a shaymin, and I would love to be able to give him one. My preferences are legit, cloned, or AR'd, in that order. Ok so i spent the weekend playing a mix of platinum and sim city 2000 and came up with a kinda cool idea, what if there was a pokemon sim city? like you could choose what pokemon appear in the area and by doing that certain industries would increase, like if you migrate mageton and pikachu your power rates would go down, or if you migrate geodude mining would get faster, i dunno something like that, and instead of hospitals and police stations you would have gyms, pokemon centers etc. anyway I'm going to school for software development in the fall so over the next few years and kinda thinking about trying to make something like that. If anyone has any ideas or anything to contribute that would be awesome. It'd be freeware of course since both games are already licenced but i think it'd be good fanfare :) anyone else have any thoughts on this?
